A closeup of the morning dew sprinkled on a fresh web covering the leaves of a tree in my front yard.
A quick trip to the park as the sun started to set produced this beautiful reflection on the lake.
Good morning! Starting the day with a beautiful baby sunflower I spotted outside of a local restaurant.
For the second morning in row a thick layer of fog engulfs my neighborhood, so I decided to drive around to try and capture a few shots of it. Unfortunately the photos really don’t convey the actual denseness of the fog. In real time it was impossible to to see directly in front of you. Everything was almost completely opaque for about 2 hours. Although it is certainly a safety hazard, and can be an inconvenience, there’s something beautiful and mysterious about fog that captures my attention whenever it occurs. I’ve always been fascinated with it’s hazy, blanketing effect. I’ll keep trying to document it for as long as it happens. We’ll see what takes place tomorrow morning and the rest of the week? Stay tuned…

Early morning fog descending upon my street about an hour ago.
It’s that time of the year again already! Fall means the county fair, and I love going! I try to take my kids every time it’s in town and this past weekend we were able to go once again. The weather was nice and we had a really good time. Below are a few of the many pictures I took while there.
You are just as beautiful today as you were the day we met! Wishing you a very Happy Birthday! I LOVE YOU!!!!!

This rose is well over a year old, yet it still retains it’s natural beauty.
Sautéing vegetables to make chicken chili for the colder temperatures. The end result is a delicious and hearty chicken chili garnished with sharp cheddar cheese, kalamata olives, a dollop of sour cream, and served with a slice of cornbread.
I’m know I’m a few days late due to the fact I’ve been busy as well as sick with a cold but, I just want to thank God for being able to do something I love so much for so long. I could go on forever about how grateful I am, and how much I love what I do but, words really wouldn’t do it any justice! There are a few people I’d like to thank specifically for always supporting me and helping me when I need them. Those people are;
My Family: Terri, Safiyyah, Rahzjon, and Antonio.
My Makeup Artists Throughout The Years: Linda, Micha, Shon, Nichele, Tiona, and Juanita.
My Inspiration: M. Shawn Dowdell
I’d also like to thank the countless number of people I’ve worked with over the years that have inspired, and challenged me to continue to strive to be the best I can be. Thank you all!
Very cool fish I was fortunate enough to get a shot of last weekend while vacationing in Florida. I don’t know exactly what kind they are? But they are both colorful and beautiful.
My son finally wearing his new glasses.
The view from my hotel room window a couple of days ago as the sun started to set in downtown Phenix City, Alabama. I love all the wonderful shapes and colors that appear and change constantly as nature paints her masterpieces across the sky. As usual for me, no post processing was involved in any of these shots, they’re straight from my camera.
People gather, some with their pets, at the river to watch the water sports as well as enjoy the wonderful late summer breeze.
Various findings around the park during my last solo outing. I do believe that all of these were shot in color but, I find that using black & white here to be much more interesting.
The gorgeous multi-colored sunset over the beach in Florida this past weekend.
