I Can’t Begin To Tell You How Difficult And Surreal It Is To See A Man That Signified Strength And Toughness My Entire Life Reduced To Such A Helpless State. However, The Amazing Revelation Is, Despite His Crippling Illness He Symbolizes Strength And Toughness Even More So Now! Fighting Parkinson’s Disease For 32 Years Is A Heroic Triumph. Although I’m Sadden That My Grandfather Has Been Stricken With This Affliction My Faith Is Renewed In Bearing Witness To His Warrior’s Spirit. He Is A True Fighter. I Can Only Hope That Maybe Some Of His Strength And Resiliency Lives Inside Of Me. You Are My Inspiration! I Proudly Carry Your Name. I Love You Old Man!!!
Searching For Food
This mother and her ducklings were out searching for food so I convinced my son to purchase some of the food they have in the machine to feed them. They all rushed over and gobbled it down immediately! I wish that I would have recorded their reaction because it was quite funny. I told my kids that this picture reminds me of them when they’re hungry and looking for food! ๐

I love stopping by Mama Goldberg’s and getting my favorite salad. All of the salads are delicious, the proportions are great and there seems to be an endless amount of ingredients to choose from! Here is my personal combination.
I usually order mine with:
Grilled chicken
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Black Olives
Mushrooms
Carrots
Baby Corn
Feta Cheese
As for the dressing, that depends on what I’m in the mood for but I typically order some type of vinaigrette.
Baked Parmesan Garlic Wings
These delicious wings were a test recipe prepared by the lovely Terri White. I was chosen to be the guinea pig for this tasty experiment and let me just say that it was totally worth it!!! I would love to list the ingredients used in this dish but, since it is not my personal recipe I honestly don’t know what what used to prepare them? If and when I find out that information I’ll be more than happy to share it with everyone.

One of my favorite restaurants in town featuring one of my favorite dishes,ย Com Gร andย Gแปi Cuแปn Gร (not pictured) Roughly translated it’s marinated grilled chicken over jasmine rice, chopped salad drizzled with scallion oil, and fish sauce (nuoc mam).
Baked Chicken Wings
My baked chicken wings with a combination of herbs and spices. I’m usually a sauce person but I decided to try out a dry rub blend that I’ve been experimenting with. I’m proud to say that this batch turned out very good and once I work on the spices some more I’ll list the ingredients for those who want to try it.
