This beautiful and delicious Cobb salad was prepared by my beautiful model friend and aspiring chef, Vanessa Cobb. I guess that makes this literally a real Cobb salad? 🙂 It was awesome! Thank you V!!! For those wondering, this salad was prepared with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bleu cheese crumbles, turkey bacon, boiled eggs, and honey mustard dressing.
I love stopping by Mama Goldberg’s and getting my favorite salad. All of the salads are delicious, the proportions are great and there seems to be an endless amount of ingredients to choose from! Here is my personal combination.

As for the dressing, that depends on what I’m in the mood for but I typically order some type of vinaigrette.
One of my favorite restaurants in town featuring one of my favorite dishes, Com Gà and Gỏi Cuốn Gà (not pictured) Roughly translated it’s marinated grilled chicken over jasmine rice, chopped salad drizzled with scallion oil, and fish sauce (nuoc mam).
Last night I enjoyed a very light, delicious dinner of chickpea and sautéed shrimp salad stuffed in avocado shells with seasoned cumbers and tomatoes, finished with thinly sliced sharp cheddar and pepper-jack cheeses.
Next up for today is a simple chickpea salad with fresh vegetables and sharp cheddar cheese, prepared for me by the beautiful Terri White. This is also a very cool, light, simple and delicious meal that can be eaten for lunch, dinner or as a snack. Sorry but, no time for any fancy plating, this batch was for prepared for me after a long day of shooting while I enjoyed NBA basketball.
