My ethnic princess series was created to depict a more realistic image of princesses to young women of color. The idea is to show girls of color that royalty looks just like them, as opposed to the traditional notion that we’ve been conditioned to accept throughout history. The series is meant to convey the message that you are beautiful and important just the way you are, so be proud of the skin that you’re in. Having a daughter myself, my goal is to get more people involved and have more representations from children of all different cultural backgrounds.
This first set of images feature Princess Madison.

For the Past 6 Years I’ve Been Responsible For Creating Some Of The Most Popular And Most Memorable Images Of The Beautiful Women Of Columbus. In Recognition Of Throwback Thursday, I’d Like To Remind Everyone Exactly Why!!!
I’d like to share a few portraits from a short film idea about an aggressive detective I worked on with my friend Jessie back in 2012. It was a very fun project and I hope that we can put our creative minds together again to work on some new exciting things in the near future. So many cool things can evolve when you put dedicated, and passionate individuals together. These are the people I love working with the most because, they bring out the creativity in me.
Happy Throwback Thursday! This is one of my favorite concepts shoots from early January 2008. I love all the wonderful colors!

Here a few more head-shots from my recent test shoot with model Stevie. I love her androgynous look. She reminds me of one of my favorite singers of the 80’s, Annie Lennox of the popular group The Eurythmics. Maybe we’ll play around with that concept later???

After 3 long years of waiting and communicating, I was finally able to shoot with the beautiful Allison Brantley. Her very helpful mother was there also, assisting in making sure things ran smoothly, acting as co artistic director 🙂 I really appreciated all of her help! Allison did a great job, and we all had a great time! Here are a few selections from our very first effort.

Happy 2014 to everyone all over the world! I wish you all peace, love and happiness!
As for me, I’m going to start the year the same way I ended it…by doing exactly what I want to do! What I want to do right now is share a black and white conversion of model Taelor Moore that I shot a few months ago. Taelor isn’t a “bad girl” at all, she a good girl. I chose the title simply because the shoot was inspired by Rihanna. We both love Rihanna and to me Taelor can bear a very close resemblance to the famous singer. Hey Taelor, if you’re reading this? We’re past due for another round! Let’s do it!!!
Another black and white shot from my daughter’s first shoot.
Good afternoon all! Here are 2 shots of the beautiful Ms. Jessica Murphy taken this summer for a series I planned on doing about women in sundresses. More to come soon.
Black & White remixes of model Avanti’s sexy lingerie shoot taken in 2012.

Happy Throwback Thursday everyone! I just wanted to drop in and share a few remixed black and white photos of Ms. Taelor Moore from earlier this year. These were 2 of my personal favorites from this particular session. I hope you all enjoy.
Since this year is almost over I’d like to start sharing some of my favorite images of this year. First up, one of my absolute favorite people to work with Ms. Nadia Jenkins. Taken on a very hot summer day, the shoot was almost ruined by rain but, I told Nay she’d bring the sunshine out with her smile, and well…here’s just one of the resulting shots. Photographers always have their own reasons as to why they like a particular image, it doesn’t have to be technically correct it just needs to trigger an emotion of some kind or please their eyes. This image makes me happy. For that reason I’d to thank you Nay! 🙂
The stunningly beautiful Veyonce!!!
